What this server is, whether it is doing what its configuration says, and the few things it runs that no page owns.
Reading this server
Identity
The identifier is this server's name on the network, generated once and never changed. It is shown because two servers may choose the same display name, and then it is the only thing that tells them apart.

Add an administrator
QSP chooses the password and shows it once, so nobody types a weak one for somebody else and no administrator knows another's password.

Send a text
A group text, composed by this server and sent to everybody on the talkgroup: every hotspot on it, every Motorola repeater, and wherever the bridges carry it. Nothing acknowledges a group text, so the only proof it arrived is a radio's display.
Not the ID of the radio you are watching: a radio commonly ignores a message that claims to come from itself.
For testing: send to this one hotspot and nowhere else. Leave it empty to send to the whole talkgroup.
Backup and restore
A backup carries this server's settings and its identifier, and no passwords — so it is safe to email, to keep with your other files, or to send to somebody helping you. It lists the credentials it cannot carry, so a restore has a checklist rather than a mystery.
Download a backupRestore from a backup
This replaces every setting on this server. You will be shown what it would do before anything changes.
A full backup, with the passwords
This one is for rebuilding this server after losing it. It carries the settings, every stored credential and the password files, locked with a passphrase you choose. Do not email it or hand it to anybody: with the passphrase it is every password on this server. The backup above is the one to send to somebody helping you.
Restore from a full backup
This replaces every setting on this server and puts back the credentials and password files in the backup. You will be shown what it would do before anything changes.
